The Intel Laminar RM1 is an Intel-validated CPU air cooler designed for compatible Intel desktop processors. Its compact thermal solution combines aluminium heatsink fins with a copper base/core and a PWM-controlled fan that automatically varies its speed according to cooling requirements. With support for thermal loads up to 65W on specified Intel processors, a 4-pin PWM connection and a compact 100 × 100mm footprint, the Laminar RM1 provides a practical Intel cooling solution for compatible LGA1700 systems.
