We are seeking a highly organised and diligent Supplier Data Coordinator to join our dedicated team. While this role is primarily work-from-home, you will be reporting into and aligned with our Midrand office. As a Supplier Data Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure supplier data exchanges are accurate, up-to-date, and harmonized for our digital operations. Be a pivotal link in our supply chain and drive product authenticity.
Supplier Data Coordinator
Location: Midrand Gauteng
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge & maintain robust relationships with assigned vendors to secure precise & punctual data exchange.
- Oversee and ensure consistency in product SKU assignments across different vendors and suppliers.
- Detect and address any inconsistencies or discrepancies in the data received from partners
- Collaborate effectively with other Supplier Data Coordinators to maintain a unified data approach.
- Confirm that all products from designated suppliers are correctly represented on our digital platforms
- Engage consistently with vendors to gather any omitted product details

Qualifications & Requirements
- A minimum of Matric certificate
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to analyse and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Strong proficiency in data management tools.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Strong research capabilities with a focus on data accuracy.
- At least a 20MB (up and down) Fibre line at home.
