We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team at our office in Midrand, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer phone calls, emails and online chats
- Take ownership of solving problems customers communicate to us
- Advise and answer customer questions related to our products and services
- Ensure customer requests for products and services are speedily submitted to the sales team
- Ensure constant communication with customers occur after orders are processed, until such time as customers have received and are satisfied with the products ordered
- Pass on requests for product returns onto our Returns Department customers
Qualifications: Qualifications and Requirements:
- Matric Certificate as a minimum
- A strong understanding of computer and networking hardware, their components, and related accessories
- Strong command of the English language
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Considered to have advanced computer literacy skills
- At least a 20MB (up and down) Fibre line at home
