Logitech Zone Wireless 2 ES for Business MS Teams Certified Bluetooth Headset Graphite 981-001593

The Logitech Zone Wireless 2 ES for Business is a Microsoft Teams-certified Bluetooth headset designed for calls, meetings and focused work. This Graphite native Bluetooth version connects directly to compatible devices without a USB receiver. Adaptive hybrid active noise cancellation, dual noise-cancelling microphones and 40mm drivers help you hear clearly and communicate effectively, while the adjustable headband and headset strap support comfortable everyday use.

Key Features

• Microsoft Teams Certified: Certified for Microsoft Teams over native Bluetooth and meets Microsoft's Premium Microphone for Open Office requirements. Certified functionality requires a supported computer and software configuration.
• Adaptive Hybrid ANC: Helps reduce surrounding distractions by adjusting noise cancellation to your environment. Adaptive mode is enabled through Logi Tune.
• Dual Noise-Cancelling Microphones: AI-based microphone processing helps reduce background conversations and other unwanted sounds during calls.
• 40mm Audio Drivers: Purpose-designed drivers deliver clear speech and stereo sound for meetings, calls and music.
• Bluetooth Multipoint: Maintain two active device connections and store up to eight paired devices for convenient switching between compatible equipment.
• Extended Battery Life: Provides up to 20 hours of talk time with ANC enabled or up to 25 hours with ANC disabled. Music listening extends to up to 48 hours with ANC disabled.
• Quick USB-C Charging: A five-minute charge provides up to one hour of talk time with ANC disabled.
• Reversible Microphone Boom: The 270-degree rotating boom can be worn on either side and supports flip-to-mute operation.
• Adjustable On-Ear Design: A headset strap, adjustable headband and rotating earcups help distribute weight and accommodate different users.
• Wired USB Audio: Use the supplied USB-C cable to connect the headset directly to a compatible computer for wired audio.
• Software Customisation and Management: Adjust headset settings with Logi Tune and manage supported business deployments through Logitech Sync. Silent firmware updates require Logi Tune on individual computers.
• Replaceable Components: Replaceable earpads, headset strap and battery help extend the headset's service life, subject to local spare-part availability.

• Open-plan offices and shared workspaces
• Hybrid working and home offices
• Switching between compatible computers and mobile devices
• Listening to music between calls and meetings

Compatibility

Compatible with supported Bluetooth-enabled Windows, macOS and ChromeOS computers, as well as compatible iOS and Android devices. Wired audio is available through the supplied USB-C cable and a compatible computer USB-C port.

Microsoft Teams certification over native Bluetooth requires a Windows 11 computer with integrated Bluetooth, supported audio and Bluetooth drivers, and a supported version of the Microsoft Teams desktop application. General Bluetooth audio compatibility does not mean that Teams-certified features are available on every platform; native Bluetooth Teams certification does not currently extend to macOS.
