- The email address used on the order is the email address the license will be assigned to
- A sales consultant will contact you for further information before the license is assigned
- Should this be a renewal or a new license which you would like merged with your current contract please have your contract number and serial number available when the sales consultant contacts you
- Returns on these licenses are only authorised if a replacement order is placed
