Business Plan is the entry level plan that gets a customer in and using Smartsheet, but doesn't yet want or need additional features or functionality. Benefits are:

- Standard Support - Gives access to help page, Community, and Support tickets. Additionally gives users access to Phone Support and Center of Excellence training platform.
Important Notifications:
•This license is valid for one user only for the period of 12 months.
• A 24-hour provisioning window applies during normal working office hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
• Once the provisioning is complete you will receive login credentials.
